Catalina Sounds Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful light-bodied white wine that boasts a perfumed aroma of gooseberry with subtle hints of tropical fruit. This wine offers a water-light mouthfeel and has a very pale to light color.
The palate is equally satisfying, with fresh and zingy characters that highlight the ripe passionfruit and citrus flavors, all perfectly balanced by the lingering acidity. Overall, it is a refreshing and elegant Sauvignon Blanc that is perfect for warm weather occasions and pairs beautifully with light and fresh seafood dishes."
