Elephant in the Room Pinot Noir is a beautiful wine that pours into the glass with a light crimson color. Overall, Elephant in the Room Pinot Noir is a complex and satisfying wine that is sure to impress.
On the nose, it exudes a delightful aroma of juicy plum and cherry, with hints of savory complexity that add depth and intrigue to the wine. The wine's oak influence is well integrated, enhancing the wine's complexity without overwhelming the fruit. On the palate, Elephant in the Room Pinot Noir is lively, with a core of supple red berry flavors that are complemented by captivating spice notes. The wine's bright acidity provides a refreshing lift, while its fine tannins lend structure and balance to the wine's long finish. This Pinot Noir would pair perfectly with a Porchetta on baby lentil, as the wine's bright acidity and fine tannins would cut through the richness of the meat and lentils, while the wine's red berry flavors and captivating spice notes would complement the dish's savory flavors.
